Itinerary

Day 1 :
Airport - Colombo

Arrival at the Airport. Transfer to hotel in Colombo.
Afternoon Colombo City tour.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 :
Colombo - Pinnawala - Sigiriya

After breakfast leave for Sigiriya. En-route visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage – a unique sanctuary in the world for orphaned elephants.
Afternoon – arrive at hotel and at leisure.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 :
Sigiriya - Polonnaruwa - Sigiriya

After early breakfast climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress - declared as the 8th wonder of the ancient world.
Afternoon visit the ruins of Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka’s 2nd Kingdom – popularly known as the medieval capital.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 :
Sigiriya - Dambulla - Matale - Kandy

After breakfast leave for Kandy, on the way visiting Dambulla Cave Temple – famous for wall & ceiling paintings. Visit a Spice garden & a Batik factory on the way to Kandy.
In the evening witness the Cultural show including Fire-walking.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 :
Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast visit Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens.
Afternoon leave for Nuwara-Eliya visiting a Tea Plantation & a Factory.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 :
Nuwara Eliya

Leisure at Nuwara Eliya.
Optional - Leave early morning to Horton Plains Nature hike visiting World’s End.
Afternoon city tour and at leisure.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 :
Nuwara Eliya - Kitulgala - Bentota

Leave for Bentota early morning after breakfast via Kitulgala.
Optional – White Water Rafting.
Afternoon leisure at Beach.

Bentota - Colombo - Airport

Leave for Colombo with afternoon city tour.
Leave for Airport for departure.
